Global album campaign roll out for The Wave and Twelve Tales of Christmas
Role: Day to day manager 

Since October 2016 I have been working on the launch and roll out of Tom Chaplin’s solo career. Tom is the lead singer of multimillion selling British Rock band  Keane. This project presented both fantastic opportunities and interesting challenges in light of the fact we needed to establish Tom as a fantastic artist in his own right, without leaning too much on the Keane fanbase whilst simultaneously not alienating that incredible resource of people.

A huge strength of Tom’s debut album The Wave  was the campaign creative. The story of the record documents Tom’s real life journey from drug addiction to salvation - a true dark to light narrative - and we wanted to tell this story in the most engaging way possible through all mediums; album artwork, press shots, music videos, live show design, website design, digital content & social channels. 

My roll as a manager was to oversee the campaign as a whole, while also developing creative marketing ideas and managing the strategy of rolling them out. This involved working extremely closely with web designers, product managers, video commissioners & directors, photographers and digital teams to execute our vision.
